The REAL Foundation

It's about time for a good read...and reminded me of when I was employed...the different regimes would come and go...but the school had to keep going as usual...regardless of whom the new principal was...the backbone?...the secretarial staff...who were the stability of the situation...and have to admit, most every one of them were jewels...so much more dependable than the big bosses....sorry, but it's true...and really, I'm not sorry at all...

The book is called "The Residence"...a non-fiction one about the same backbone to the most famous of all houses...The White House...you could call this the "White House Abbey"...as it covers the same type of people behind the scenes...who run the residence of the country's presidents...the CEO's come and go every 4 or 8 years, and the servants stay on for them all....very fascinating read...trust Horse...

You don't think I wouldn't talk about the last game of the SF series for the Pads...it was a beaut...and we moved past the Giants with the win...banged out 9 runs...whew!...very important after not scoring at all for two days...ah hem, my guy who I rip (maybe too much), Jed Gyorko, had a couple of knocks...c'mon man, keep it up...off they go to Arizona for a 4 spot...

As Horse predicted, the Cavs and Rockets got their 1st wins last eve...must types...and the NBA is satisfied...the longer they go, the more $ they get...it's true...

The Players...hmmm...not sure why I enter these...it's totally luck bag...and have to have Furyk and DJ perform well...do like the island 17th green...it's a wedge or so for most of these blokes...and they hit 'em like you or me...in the drink...the agua...the pond...the water...ha ha...

Deflategate...it took 100 days to get a judgment on the Pats...what?...talk about smoke screen...and it implied that the QB knew all along...and the fair haired boy stretched the rules...or broke 'em...and will get some type of fine...and his impeccable reputation is no longer...ha ha...

The weather is sketchy here...and it is a perfect day to take the wurman out to get some new duds for mom's day...already accomplished phase 1 (Cris here), phase 2 (new golf outfit), phase 3 ???...
