Kentucky Derby

The Derby...ah yes...and the Bob Baffert trained horses are the favored...figure that one of them will probably get 'er done...probably...BUT...there is a whole gaggle of them hosses in the mix...and that causes a lot of shuffling about...especially early on...my long shot scratched...and so ....I think either Dortmund or American Pharaoh...if you want or need to...bet at TVG...or go to an off track....or if you are lucky enough, get out to Churchill Downs proper...

The Pads did a number on the Rockies last eve...in front of us...14-3...we had to leave a bit early, as I had a 1/2 pound dog...egads...I have been paying for it the entire night...bad bad tummy...whew...the proper 2B Solarte had 4 rbi...let's put this spot to rest, right Buddy?...great seats right behind home plate...and no wind...it was perfect, except the dog...

The Match Play T in SF (PGA)...as usual, many of the top blokes got the axe...and one did not...Rory...so there is some interest...

The game 7 of the Clips/Spurs is today...toss up...and have a lot of interest in it...hoping for LA...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
