Hey now, it's only Thursday...and I have a review for you...went to a concert out at Sycuan Casino last eve...by the way, a great venue...all seats are plush...the sound is great and it's not big at all...enuff of that...the show...MARIE OSMOND!...

It was a journey through her life...as she moderated as well as sang..told her story...it was a combination of dialog and singing...and my oh my, she can belt it out...still...from country, to 80's stuff, to opera, to Broadway, to present day...all so entertaining...a real plus was her "duet" partner, her eldest brother's son...did I say that right?...hell of a singer (sorry Mormon peops, but it's true)...

We had seen her in Vegas...as part of Donnie and Marie...and this was better...just a fun time...

More serious...the German plane was taken down by the co-pilot...locked the pilot out...and then did the unthinkable...crashed it for whatever reason...the investigators are saying that it was not a terrorist per se...there has to be more scrutiny in the sky jockeys, don't you think?...tragedy...

The Big Dance kicks back up today...of course, I am out of it...but...still love the game that these teams put forward...watch the West Virginia and Kentucky game closely...Coach Huggins's teams are 8-2 over Coach Calipari's...and they press the H out of you...very physical...and if they get the lenient refs....well, you know...

The Clip Joint in NYC for a laugher with the awful Knickerbockers...I mean AWFUL!...as they are a bunch of no namers that play like that...LA was up by 30 early...and breezed....triangle O?...makes no diff what they ran...

The Pads played the Bums yesterday...and threw a guy that will not be in the rotation...and left him out there to get pelted...I know, don't show your stuff...as that's the 1st series opponent...but don't get embarrassed, either...right Buddy?...9-5...

The LPGA is out at Carlsbad...hmmm...but this bloke is heading north...for the weekend...it's a good show...so if you have the time...get out there...

Carson is getting closer to the building of the stadium...if they build it, they will come...you KNOW my feelings of what's to come...

USD fired their BB coach Grier, with the intent of hiring the alumnus Musselman...and voila!...the bloke took the Nevada job instead...think that the brass isn't a reeling?...good luck, as NOBODY wants that job...it's a stinker...did I just say that?...think about it...you will hire a bloke...and in 4 years fire him cuz you can't win there...the alumni will raise another beef...BTW, do they go to the games anyway?...the crowd seems small to me...

Call me 3 putt...as that is what I did on the front yesterday....almost every hole...finished much better on the back...walked in the heat...hmmm...need that...but it's on the cusp...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
