The NBA

After watching the conclusion of the Warrior/Bull game, I witnessed what has been the mantra for the season...for the NBA...there is no clear front runner for it...Golden State, for all it's mid season glory, lacks the half court game...to win it all...RIGHT NOW...hmmm...doesn't mean it can't get to it...but there are a bunch of teams that have enough stuff to pull the rabbit out of...well, you know...

Set aside the controversy....the Pats and the Hawks...I laugh at the irony...as both teams and coaches have had a past...Pete Carroll ran out of USC...and left the school in shambles...got nailed for scholarships...and just now, yes, just now...will have as many as the other schools...drat it...

Anyway...the game itself...the Super Bowl...is a toss up...really...and I have no allegiance to either team...kind of think that Seattle was a bit lucky to get there...and the Pats are rolling...do think it will be a low scoring match...and whoever has the properly inflated ball at the end, will get the W...

PDX plays Cleveland tonight...hmmm...this will give us all a look at the strength of the Blazers...as the LeBron led Cavs are on a streak...and playing well...

Got my Downton Abbey Season 5 blu ray discs in the mail yesterday...which means we will gander at the entirety in about a week...

Tiger and Lefty are playing in the Sopranos...those fans at the par 3 will be delirious...even more than normal...leading up to next week's Farmers here in town...my son is coming down for this...

The Donald was on the Kelly and Michael Show this am...he is an interesting bloke...says exactly what he thinks...shhh, don't tell me what happened on his show...we DVR'd it and haven't opened it up...same with the Bachelor...shhhh...

Did you know, on the keyboard of the iPhone, there is no comma...if you text, that is...if you send an email, there is...is that odd or what?...

Went out to din din with the Mackles last eve...had some coupons for Mortons...the steak place...it was very good...not great...and then went over to see our SD daughter at the GSC for a nite cap...had a stogie and life is good...paying for it this am, however...thus, the late posting of me blog...

This is only Wednesday?...oh my...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
