Camera Shopping

Point and click...
We went all about town yesterday taking pix...and when we entered them in the computer...realized I had to enhance every one of them...woooah...and then realized that technology had passed me way by...as the pixels I had were 8mp...which is the same as on my iPhone...so, you got it...I am in the process of upgrading...

I prefer the point and shoot type...small little ones that I can put in my pocket...and like phones, every half year, more and more have been released to the public...and lordy, there are reviews all over the place...and very similar...Canon, Nikon, Panasonic, Fuji, the list goes on...

Most of the preferred ones have at least 16mp...double the pixels I have now...and the key to me is the Wi-Fi and the zoom...AND CLARITY!...and figure that within a year, the one I pick out will already be trumped...

I have landed on the Nikon Coolpix S9700...and now comes the money part...where to buy...the best price I have found is at Bestbuy...but...I prefer the return policy at Costco...and will pay a bit more there for that...you can get it at Amazon...and also through the Google site...amongst others...so off I go a shopping...

Wake up call...
The Pads (notice the change?) got their 2nd straight...at home versus the Mariners...right...it took until the 7th to get 4 runs...their pitcher was shelled...and we don't do that to anyone...they better take a long look at him...ha ha...

Into town comes the hated Bums...and all their fans...which will dominate Petco...has to be demoralizing for the home folk...it is when I am in attendance...many SD peops are LA fans big time....and wear the Blue and Red quite proudly...you should see how they swarm the GQ...

Hmmm...Stacey Lewis, Michelle Wie, and Paula Creamer all in the lead... of round one at Pinehurst No. 2...found it on a lesser channel...at noon...figures...has to be a dream for the course and the tour...

Americans doing well...the same course that the blokes played...and the same ridiculous greens...you almost have to bounce your approach shots up...Michelle hit some beauts, that were too good...and ran right off...she had this bewildered look...she had to have watched the guys, right?...

Politics...
Is it just me or do you have doubts that Hillary is going to win the Demo side of the presidency?...the more she talks, the less I have faith in her...did that last time around, too...she had a huge lead and lost it to Obama...

And the other side...I have no clue who is emerging...I know the Tea Party wants a major say...but nothing is happening...yet...can't be too far right and too far left...where are they going to hide their $?...

My path to get the perfect golf ball for me...hmmm...I am now trying the Srizon...yeller ones...and they seem to have a propensity for the water...geez, I wish they were buoyant...that would help...

Breeder's Cup...
It's not officially official yet...but the worst kept secret around is...that DelMar is getting the Breeder's Cup in 2017...the best horses in the world...quite a coup...

The track has been remodeled...the turf course has been expanded...this is all good...
