Cake Walk (Part Deux)

Let's give credit, where the credit is due...Gregg Popovich...alias "Pop"...taking the young coach of the Heat...and learnin' him a thing or two...as the Spurs are running circles around King James and Miami...almost embarrassing...the ball doesn't stick (players holding to go one on one)...the bodies move and so does the ball...and the Heat keep chasing...on the replays I see the one who gets lost the most...James...ha ha...and he chastises his mates the most...ha ha...

Go 3 -1 and head back to San Antonio...just don't see a change...when the players start shaking their heads, it's over...and it is...and well...you think that the SDSU product, Leonard, can't play?...he has taken the high road and gone to a different level...

Part Deux...Martin Kaymer...you don't win the US Open in the 1st 2 rounds...but you can lose it...and he is on top of his game...and get this...I am the ONLY ONE who has him in the pool...almost like he's playing a different course...BUT...kids, there are  bunch of holes to go...right now?...he's been marvelous...thus far...have this feeling that Rory or Matsuyama just might have a big day today...or both...tee off later...finally...Kaymer won his last tourney (The Players) on Mother's Day...think he may do the PARENTS SWEEP and win on Father's Day, too?...

And on the other side of the spectrum...the Badres...sinking to new depths...as they got swept by the lowly Phillies...and are in NY today for a set with the Mets...BIG speculation that there are going to be some major changes...in the team...of course, the 1st to go is always the hitting coach...it's been the pattern of SD ever since I got in town...the owners have been hinting that there are trades to be made...and don't get to used to saying Mgr Buddy too much longer...they are frustrating to watch...and like watching Daffy Duck...I do...

World Cup...it is a spectacle...not without the home folk in Brazil upset about the cost of it all...have to say, I am NOT a fan of a sport that "nil" is a happening way too much...hmmm...that's what I see in the Badres...more Daffy Duck syndrome...and the coach of the US team...saying that the group has no chance of winning it all...hmmm...would lurve to have him coach me...not...
