Mother

First of all, Happy Mother's Day...if there is a reason for the season...there is no bigger and more deserving one than this one...listen to the recent NFL blokes who get drafted into the league and almost every one of them thank their moms...almost exclusively...and we are no different...there is no more than I can say...if you still have yours living in the here and now...cherish them while you can...we miss ours a ton...thankfully, our son is here with his...and this is a very good thing...

Go figure the Pads...as for the 2nd straight night...they have an uprising of runs...no one hotter than Seth Smith, who is batting like .350, surrounded by a number of .185 hitters...and yet...find ways to get a bunch of them scores across the plate...and have won...gulp...2 in a row...

I can figure the Blazers...who now are down 3-0 in their passive effort to the Spurs...it is beyond me that the coaching staff continues to play their D the way they do...and give their team little chance of V...it is the most disgusting of all...too bad, as they have the parts to at least compete...

The Players...Kaymer and Spieth are in the lead...tied...will take a monumental effort from one of them other blokes to get involved...me thinks that 17th island hole will be the diff...I think it's Jordan's time to move into the next notch in his quest for elitism...

Nobu...well...this is my take...it's more than just California Rolls...sushi stuff...very spendy...and very small portions...return trip?...nope...it was an experience...

"Water Trip"...really was cool...you are on a part bus, part boat...and drive the bay front to the embarking area...into the bay...by the way, there were 3 different celebrations on the bay front...the biggest was the Crawfish Festival...where at least 1,000 people were under a tent dancing to Cajun music...anyway, we went into the water and had a cruise around Mission Bay...the narrator, er guide, was great....gave us so much info about the area that we did not know...highly recommend if you ever get the chance...

You ever heard of Uber?...it's an app that is on your cell phone...that you pay for with a credit card in setup...and then you have your own private taxi service...other than the norm...and there is no $ exchanged...it's all done through the service and on your card...was very interesting that Cris and Leila use...and was very prompt, too...with the good Dr.'s achilles thing, it is very important to have to get around...will try this...can see where the regular cabbies would be annoyed by this...

Am very happy that we had our family guests here...now THIS was a very good thing...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
