Deranged

I usually talk about frivolous things that don't mean a heck of a lot to the average bloke...just little snippets that enter me brain...and then this comes along...and I get all frustrated...and have no clear answer for it...mass shootings...as witnessed by the latest in my son's beautiful city of Santa Barbara...

I'm not going to go into the details...as they are gruesome and unacceptable...and yet, the availability of guns doesn't change...the NRA has such monetary power that Congress can't and won't change...their lobby has a hand in every senator and congress person's pocket...

Does this mean that terrifying acts like these will stop?...it's a step, kids...and if there are stricter regulations it will help...to do NOTHING is wrong....and all of Congress needs to take a look at themselves and say at what price do we shamefully accept the $ that we get...

More other numbing things...

Can we finally let this K fam thing end?...as the "glorious" wedding of the thrice betrothed gal, did it again...in Europe...let's just hold on until number 4...and then we will get excited...famous cuz they are famous...now...this is numbing...and the press can't get enough of it...

The Padres had a sell out last eve...probably due to the fact that they were giving away replica jerseys of the '84 pennant winning team...brownies...they should have given bats to the players...as the sticks were quiet again...and got beat up by the Cubbies...I do like the old unis as compared to the new ones...

Oh yea, the Pads finally traded one of their catchers to Balt...Hundley...for another lefty reliever...OK, but it could have been for a power hitter...er, any type of a hitter...oh well...

Odd game for the Heat and Pacers...as Miami won...but Indy was dominant early and then quit running plays...and then got whipped...one could say, that Miami turned up the heat on D...

On a much different note...we drove down to the outlet mall near the border...and one wrong turn...and you are going over the border...and one more thing...this place was crazy packed...

When we lived in the PNW, we rarely saw security people...down here, it's the norm...and does make you feel safe(r)...really...all these high risers have an abundance of 'em...

Geez, all of my reality shows have closed for the season...what do I watch now?...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
