Hello...er, Hello?

The latest gadget is the smartphone on a wrist...I guess you would call it a "Smart phone watch"...how's that work?...it sends a shock wave through your arm?...and then you bring your arm up and quietly speak into the watch?...hey, Dick Tracy was way ahead of his time...if you look at all the revues of the product, wait a bit to get one for your mate, or yourself...Apple has yet to release their version...give this a couple of months to get the bugs worked out...anyone out there have one?...

My fantasy football team...ended up tied for 7th...but...got eliminated from the playoffs as I was lower in whatever they use for the tiebreaker...just as well, as I have, er had, the worst team in the history of FF...can now forget about trying to set a lineup...

The game of the night was the return of Coach Doc Rivers to Boston...where he was the Celt's coach for 9 years...the base of the team was traded away and the coach departed too...he to LA to manipulate the Clips....and his team beat Boston...NBA...

Rough day for the stock market...if you can tell me why...makes no sense to me whatsoever...

Madonna and her boy toy split up...didn't see that coming...

When the K fam has their pow wow, it must be totally about who shows what, to whom, and how much they would make...

Our cold snap lasted 1 day...just after I got myself  two winter undershirts...the Under Armour one, was so tight, I now know what a spanx must feel like...back it goes to the store...

One of M's friends is Jewish...and he is married to a, well, a non-Jewish person...politically correct?...I think Catholic....and they sent out a cool Holiday Card...and their headline was, "Merry Chrismukah"...

MLB is working on the elimination of the collision play at home plate...I think a good move...I know, too many of you purists think that the game should be left alone...but we all tweak what was originally thought a good idea...it is called progression...

Speaking of Xmas cards...remember when we used to get 20 or 30 of them?...now, it's more like 5 or 10...I guess it's easier to send email greetings, right?...or maybe, we have less Xmas type friends...

The Party season is upon us...we have more in the next week...skipped the Golf one out at Sycuan, as it was the same night as M's...just as well, as that is a long drive in the night...after a drink...we have a progressive one next week...should be fun...need a break from the booze, though...no will power...you KNOW what I mean...

The Bolts travel to Denver tonight...close your eyes, kids...this is NOT going to be pretty...the line is 10 and could be 25....really....Peyton will look like a master of no equal...yes, that good...SD has no answers...

The other SD team, the Pads...traded a ho hum pitcher to Houston...so they could get the top pick in the Rule 5 draft...we have our eyes on somebody...SD is mum on who it is...

Finally...the Rockets and Dwight Howard visit PDX...and the line?...3 1/2 favoring the Blazers...nice...this should be a good one...WOW, the schedule lately for them has been a juggernaut...
