Black Monday

The oh so not clever term for the firing of the NFL coaches after the regular season ends...Black Monday...and this time the magic number is 5... as the blokes didn't win enough...so POOF!...they are gone...don't worry much, as they will emerge as O and D Coordinators for some other team...and soon...they just won't be taking the hits as the boss...nowhere else is this type of recycling done...and...these owners will get new guys who do the same stuff as the recently departed...very little innovation in this league...

Big news...not really...as one of them Chargers were arrested after their huge win over KC...at a nightclub in the GQ...in the one that we go to on a regular basis...Barleymash...what?...we miss out on all the good stuff...

The Ducks beat the Longhorns....with strong D play...2 pix for TD's...and methodical (for the U of O) offense...Texas has a huge line...anyway, a good season for the Quackers...11 wins...next year?...much more promise...a lot...I mean a LOT...depends on who becomes the D Coordinator...

PDX mailed in their effort at New Orleans...hate that...they are the one team that hasn't done such a dastardly thing...until now...and lost...boo...

New Year's Eve...it used to be so momentous for us...not any more...geez, we party lots without a name...we'll watch the tube...and see the peops freeze in NYC...and with great anticipation of what Miley will strip off next...there isn't much to see, right?...or more that she hasn't revealed?...repulsion...

We took down our Xmas stuff yesterday...lordy, it seemed like we just put it up...I already miss it...I suppose we can't leave it up like some...all year round...
