The Civil War

No, not that one...but the oddly named one out of the great state of Oregon...the
Civil War...loosely based on the north and south universities there...sometime in the 30's...so it is said...anyway...this version is in Eugene, where it never rains...the line?...21 1/2...favoring the home team...leave it alone...who knows what will transpire...usually these are close ones...throw out the records...teams have a knack of rising to the occasion...funny part of this...most of the players are from out of state, Cali is the leader...be true to your school...Beach Boys...

Did you see the ploy used by the Brooklyn Nets Rookie Coach?...Jason Kidd...he had no time outs...at the end of the game...found a way to stop the clock by faking a "dropping a coke" on the floor...by having a player "bump"in to him...just so happens that it was caught on tape...as Kidd told the bloke, "hit me"...ha ha...mission accomplished!...he got the timeout...set up a play...they missed...the Nets lost...and he was fined by the league...$50,000...double loser...can't blame him for trying, I suppose...I myself have had some evil plays drawn up....way back when...

The Packers are so far away from the team they were, when QB Rodgers was the guy...why it is so critical to have a good one at the helm...got clobbered by the Lions...watched a bit of the Cowboys...should have been a wipeout...ended up being close...

Black Friday...20% plus...the only thing that tickles me innards is a new car...and that is not going to happen...ha ha...as M gets her BP up big time...one of these days...but not now...

So we had to get out and do some quick things prior to the Thanksgiving Dinner...M told me that Target was open at 8...off we went...figure we would stop there and then get some grub at Starbucks...pulled up to Target...and saw a line of camped out blokes...you know, with tents up...what?...turns out it was set to open at 8...PM...continued on to Starbucks...which had 6 people working...dynamite...finished it off getting gas, a car wash, and a stop at PB's Ralphs...thx...

The din din itself was great...Bro Bill, Cris and Leila...and the dog...who took the low road and got the sick...booo....we worked around that...and turned out fantastic...a number of delicious items...+++++...

Set your DVR, or whatever you have, for Dec 5...for the live Sound of Music...starring Carrie...it is the must see of the season...the CD comes out on the 2nd...what?...

Cloudy here...maybe precip on the way...these weather peops have no clue around ...

Hanukah and Thanksgiving coincide for the first time in hundreds of years....and it won't happen again for 17,000 years...or so...what?...this building we are in, is filled with that religion types...we have a Menorah in the lobby...with fake gold dollars around it...the meaning?...afraid to ask...

And...not one NBA coach has been fired yet...what?...the days are numbered for 2 of them...if you are the boss in and around NY, you better not have bought a condo there...I'm just saying...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
