Happy Thanksgiving

And to all of you, Happy Thanksgiving...not exactly sure of the resurrection of the meaning....or the original concept...regardless, the gathering of all families is the idea now...and I buy into that...thinking back to when all of our parents were still with us...kind of makes me sad...like I took it all for granted...in honor of M's mom, we are going to use her china...BUT... in the now, Cris, Leila, and Bro Bill will join us...and that is a good thing, a very good thing...

Can you believe that businesses are actually opening up on TGiving eve?...give your workers a break...BUT...from their (worker's) vantage point...must be making OT hours....which will help them...so, I can understand it a bit...but not much...are you going to shop then?...naw...

Just why is Friday called Black Friday?...has to be due to the making of $...not for the savings of it...right?...we used to get out and shop on that day...no longer...used to get donuts and coffee for free...?...probably included in the prices...miss Fred Meyer...

Michael Buble...he was great...what a wonderful personality...the big band...the interaction with the crowd...it was truly a super night...by the way, the seats were the best ever...with a ledge to set our drinks and feet on...so cool...had this trepidation of having the tix as bogus...no problem...

DWTS...the Glee's Amber Riley won it...as she said afterward, that is was for people of all sizes that they can do whatever they set their mind to...amazing, really...that Derek is a genius at his craft...

If it is Wednesday, it must be the line...as the games start up on Friday...the Civil War, UO by 21 1/2...hmmm...totally depends on the Ducks passion...if they are right, the score is right, too...if like their last, look for an upset...shoot, that's if the Beavs haven't quit...actually, leave this game alone...WSU at UDub, who are 14 point fav...take the points...Ohio St at Mich by 14 (too)...yes, at least...Texas A&M at Mizzou by 4 1/2...hmmm...take Mizzou....SDSU at UNLV...tossup....
