That's exactly what the Buffaloes did in their home game with the Ducks...ROLLED THE DICE...started with an onsides kick...did some halfback pass (TD)...and went for it when others wouldn't...in the end...a shellacking...57-16...as UO continues to impress...I turned it off when that was the score in the middle of the 3rd...and you gamblers...if you picked the Duckees, they covered the 39 1/2...
Speaking of covering...if that's what you are in to...Northwestern was giving Ohio St all they wanted...and were on a desperation "keep the ball alive" on the final play of the game...the pigskin ended up floundering into the wrong end zone....and the Buckeyes pounced on it for a meaningless score, as time ran out...but...it gave those who bet on Ohio St a win...even the announcer, Mussberger, alluded to such a thing...a complete no no...which he has done before....you remember, the Tide's QB's gal friend in last year's BSBCS Champ game....ha ha...
You think that UDub isn't for real?...gave Stanford all they could handle...and their final push was ended by a controversial call from the "upstair's booth"...no angle by any TV shot we saw, would overturn "the completed pass call" on the field...very peculiar...do they get different looks?...and Wash plays the Ducks next week...this, my friends, will be a good one...watch the line on this...tell tale...
Scathing article in the Trib about the recent season and state of the union of the beloved Padres...it's one guys opinion...but he is close...we are still recovering from the recently departed GM...and will handle it...we are better now, then when that foo left...need a couple of big boppers...which we don't have...and the catcher, Grandal, must return...and...have to get a fresh set of faces in the closing department...
Prez Cup (Boehner's Cup)...it's a donnybrook...we'll see how the alternate shot matches end up this am...all prior to the singles, to finish off the event...really cool stuff...however, yesterday, was too long for the blokes...geez, that takes care of my day today...I have to get out and play...soon...haven't played out at Sycuan for 3 months...really?...
