So...way too much imbibing last eve...I am old and should know better...and...well...if I am a bit incoherent you know what the problem is...

It appears that more countries are getting involved in the Syria thing...France and Britain, for two...let's hope that the entire world realizes what's going on and gets aboard...and actually get some teeth out of the United Nations...peace...

Splitsville for Catherine Zeta and Michael Douglas?...so are the reports...didn't she give him...oops, leave that alone...just another 'beautiful people' fallout....

The debate over the awkward performance by your Miley Gurl...ha ha...what's to discuss?...she is awful and her 15 minutes needs to be over...over, I tell you...

The Pads rally...then lose another in AZ...I watched zero minutes of it...in OT...as the football season rushes to start tomorrow, means that I will watch SD as a last resort...have not seen if the Duck game is on down here...

MLK walk and speech...huge deal back in DC...not sure if I have seen anything scheduled around here...

We went to the beach yesterday...oh my, it was beautiful...it could not have been a better day...not sure if school has started around here...there wasn't an over abundant of them around....but, many college kids...we laid out and listened to some Beach Boys...*****...

So the stock market is rebounding big this am....who the heck knows what is going on?...

Lady A is coming to SD in March...at the Sports Arena...will try to get floor tix...

It's the last week for Filner to be in office...what?...got a phone call that was ripping one of the new candidates...it had to be from an opponent, yet would not say so...I let him have it...ha ha...

In our not being able to sleep mode last eve...we watched the Jimmy Fallon Show...again...he is funny and brings loads of energy...a great replacement for Leno...next year, right?...

Lamar was found...and is back with Khloe...oh my, this is big news...see...made it to CH...

It's a Costco day...there is no better place down here to get meats...so we fill our freezer up...

I am in debate...Del Mar, today or tomorrow?...the season is over in another week...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
