Nik

In my continued search for competent TV shows...I ran into something that was on the Discovery Channel...a live thinger...the walk over the Grand Canyon...on a tightrope...with no netting...it was 23 minutes of pure terror...Nik Wallenda...his constant praying was part of his stabilizing technique...watch the replay...all of it...and you will see the amazing accomplishment...

More of the same for the Padres...as they split the series with the Bums...as our starter, Cashner, pitched great for 8 innings...left with a 1-1 tie...91 pitches...here's my beef...the score tied in the bottom of the 7th...our leadoff guy gets on...no outs...and we try a hit and run...in lieu of a bunt, to get him in scoring position...and the hitter misses and the runner is thrown out...crap like that is what Buddy does...and never has to answer to it...then in the 9th...our closer, Gopher Ball Street...gave up back to back HR's....and we lost 3-1...these are the 9th and 10th homers he has given up...think we don't lead in some category?....this is it...booooooooo....

It takes the critical times to get the real persona out of some...like when you are leading a T, and have 3 holes to go...and then you hit your shot into the water...and you do what?...you blame your caddy!...on national TV, mind you....then you go to the drop zone...air mail the green...and then blame your caddy again!...Bubba Watson...what a poop...same guy the day before doing a stare down of his peops for talking too loud...anyone want to caddy for that jerk?...the job may be open...

The winners in the Pro Leagues yesterday...some very cool names and vets...Ernie Els in Germany...Craig Stadler (the Walrus) in Illinois...Inbee Park (the best putter in the world) in Arkansas...by the way, her 5th win this season!...and the feel good story of the day...Ken Duke in Connecticut...44 years of age against the youngins...his 1st ever win!...good stuff...

No way you could hit the pick 6 yesterday at Hollywood Park...
Johnny Depp playing Tonto...what?...
What white eyes is playing Sidney Poitier?...
Doc Rivers the new Clips guy...actually traded?...can they do this?...
Practice, practice, practice...
