BOOM!...Oh my...what an onslaught of points laid on the hapless Heat last night...as it was raining threes...over and over...by the Spurs...credit the great game plan of Pop...in their way of defending the duo of James/Wade...backing off and letting them take the outside shot...no penetration...and the zippy ball movement of SA...and then...the terrific shooting...Neal and Green in particular...in a 36 point (really?) smash...OK, let's not get carried away...as Miami has yet to get beat back to back...BUT...get this...they will...and be down 3-1...yup, take it to the bank...King who?...

YIKES!...the Pads won again against the upper tier of teams...the Braves...who arguably, are as tough as the Cards...P Cashner was tough again...went 8...and get this...our embattled mop up crew got it done!...Thatcher and Gregorson struck out the side in the 9th...and we did just enough offensively to get 'er done...Headley actually hit a HR...and the bad news...Gyorko on the 15 day DL, and CF Maybin on the 6 weeker, I think I heard that...eegads...like I said yesterday, we need all our parts to move up...

Thank goodness for the MLB Network...do you have this?...I kept hearing about a brawl between the Dodgers and the DBacks...so, after the conclusion of the Pads game, I turned over to the MLB...great coverage...and right in the mix of it all?...the one and only P Zach Greinke...yup, the same bloke who plunked our LF Carlos Quentin...and started a brawl here...the diff?...Quentin popped him a good one and knocked him out for 6 weeks...are you seeing a trend here?...little boy, with a big arm, with an attitude...his time is coming...again...and poo...the Bums ended up winning the game...

Is there a better match on this earth than the pending couple of the Biebs and Miley?....oh my god...wait, I thought she was engaged...can you imagine your son bringing her home to meet the family?...or, your daughter bringing home the Biebs to meet up?...no...only these two can deserve each other...doesn't that solve a lot of problems?...I mean the paparazzi can save time...who's a hater?...

The football talk about town is whether or not Mante is for real...and the Bolts have been putting the clamps on him as far as interviews go...it appears that they are worried that the Irish's product won't be able to handle the press corps...can't ND handle this in one of their bogus football players' classes?...

Do you take your car into a place like Jiffy Lube?...or to a car dealership service dept?...here's the diff...Jiffy shows you what needs to be replaced and physically you see it...the car place says that you just need it done...period....

Marsh and I are in a golf T today...with the Dude and Susan...and get this...it has no handicaps used...so we have no, zero, nada, none whatsoever, chance of winning...it is a fund raiser for the group that we are so much a part of...Master Chorale...out at Admiral Baker...fore!...la la la la...

Just got tix for some upcoming shows...Michael McDonald, you know of the Doobies...Boz Skaggs, singer of "Lido", and Sara Evans, country sweetheart...should be funnish, I say...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
