Who are these guys?...the unheralded baseball impostors...who CH called the worst team in the history of the game...maybe...maybe they are not...as they posted a 9 spot...NINE...on the hated Dodgers in LA last eve...what?...yup, the mighty Padres...of course, it was against the fill in for the recently injured Zach Greinke...who made the mistake of hitting our LF Q...and then, well, you know the story...we made some lineup changes...like putting Denorfia in CF and leading off....great move...we had 15 hits...AND...won our 1st series of the year...today it is against their ace, Clayton Kershaw...who we have a minor chance of beating...just the facts, mam...

Bizarre last day for the NBA regular season...I have already told you about the plight of the Lake Show and the Jazz...what I haven't talked about is the positioning of the Clips...who could actually be number 3 through 5...depending on who beats who...you want to be 3 or 4, as that would give you home court advantage...play at the Kings, who just may be playing their last game at Sac Town...

The horrific bombings in Boston...still no answers...who did this?...nobody is claiming it thus far...find 'em and string 'em up...eye for an eye...don't give 'em a forum in a court to glorify their actions...this is not good...

As hard as I am on the Pads, I am equally shocked by the start of the talent ladened Angels of Anaheim...who are absolutely loaded!...4-10...the people in the know don't like the make up of the team...what does that mean?...it must be that there are some selfish guys...what else can it be?...

Rumor is that 3B Chase Headley is making his 1st appearance tonight in LA...geez, all good as I called out the Pads as the worst team in the history of the game...just the power of Crazy Horse...and they are turning it back around...baseball...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
