What a set of games yesterday...the magic is gone for the Ducks and the Eagles...cinderella is over...BUT...they each covered the spread...so, if you bet 'em, you won...here we go...
Oregon's failure was not the two young guards...it was the 3 and 4 guys...who had turrible games...and the officiating went Louisville's way...the aggressors win...almost to the point of...what the heck is going on?...
FGCU looked like a rag tag team of misfits...as they jumped out to a strong start, and then withered to the patient inside play of the Gators...really, it was over at the end of period 2...for all the hoopla of the PG, he was incredibly awful in this one...
Duke is like the Yanks of beisbol...you either lurve 'em or loathe 'em...whatever, they are so well coached that you tend to forget they are in the mix...and boy are they!...they could be the champs...methodically whupping the Sparts...
Kansas...Coach Bill Self will run this game over and over in his mind forever...had it...then lost it...to a
play that most coaches do the exact thing that he did...didn't foul with seconds to go and up by 3...today, the scribes have picked up on it and that's the headlines everywhere...I have always been for the foul...especially now...why?...even if you screw up and foul the player as he tries to shoot, it's a good move...what?...blokes can't make free throws...let alone 3 in a row...takes 3 good shots, rather than one lucky one...BUT...you have to practice the foul...I just don't think enough of these teams do so...CONFLICTED!...I forgot to mention that the team that came from nowhere to earn this V was Michigan...had a crazy hot shooter that made it happen...

Did you see the money that the Cowboys threw at QB Tony Romo?...$108 million for 6 years?...why would they want him for that long?...at that rate will outlast two of his coaches...
The Jazz beat the Blazers...AT PDX...nails in the coffin...
Very curious calls at the end of the Clips/Spurs game...$$$ type...never, ever bet on the NBA...
Absolute toss up games in the Elite 8 today...I can make a case for each of 'em...
