Good Thursday morning!...The Farmer's Insurance Open starts up out at Torrey Pines today...full field of blokes and it will be fun...Tiger, Lefty, Bubba, and on and on...the weather has been splendid up until now...it's going to be dropping the wet stuff...my son is coming down from SB and we will get on out tomorrow...fugget about watching Woods much, as his throng of fans are like 80% of the entire lot...we'll get him a hole or two...the big deal is how far these blokes hit it...their 3 wood is over 300 yds...imagine...look for us on the tele tomorrow...

I don't know if you get to see the Lake Show as much as we do...every game...so probably not...but...they are on that free fall of disaster...losing again...this time to Memphis...who courts Pao's bro, Marcus...and the former Jail Blazer, Zbo...he still jumps like always...2 inches of spring...ha ha... anyway, LA lost the game and Dwight Howard...he injured his shoulder again...this is a huge mess, kids...and will not be fixed with whom they have...they are too old and can't play D...the worst culprit is their star, Kobe...nobody will say that...I will...he gets beat one on one, and never, ever, helps...

Taped Idol...just have my doubts about watching it...wait until the final grouping...do not like the gal judges at all...actually, they make me cringe...a bit too harsh?...it's a fact...it's supposed to be about the young singers...do like the NBA does, fire 'em in mid season...bring back Phil Jackson, wait, JLo and survive the show...or preserve it...

Saw a minor miracle out at Sycuan yesterday...one of my playing partners...retired Doc...knocked in a 8o yard missile for a birdie on a par three...yup, he butchered his tee shot...and we didn't see it...OK...on the next hole, a par 5...he is about 100 yards out for his 4th shot....and drains it!...we saw that one...OMG!...two long distance hole outs...and on the next hole, a par 4...his birdie attempt, from about 90 yards, was within a foot!...I can't make this stuff up...

You been following this ridiculous statement about former Coach Bill Callahan of the Raiders?...Super Bowl 37...where one of his receivers (Tim Brown) called out the former coach...as he may have thrown the game...changing the offensive scheme a few days before the big game...what?...

The two elite 3somes out at the Farmer's...Tiger, Nick Watney, and Rickie (don't call me Rick) Fowler at 10:30 on the South Course...and Lefty, Bubba, and last year's champ, Brandt Snedeker at 9:30 on the North...by the way, the North is far easier than the South...
