Playoffs

First of all, congrats to Chip Kelly's Ducks for winning the Fiesta Bowl last eve...not their best effort, but significant nonetheless...as they proved once again that this is an elite team in the nation...if there was a PLAYOFF SYSTEM this season, this team just may have won it all...alas, there isn't...and Oregon will have to settle being number 2 or 3...

So where then does Chip end up?...UO already has said that if he goes, the O Coordinator takes over...most scribes have him interviewing with the Browns, Bills, and Eagles...Philly seems to have the most to offer...and for the life of me, I don't understand why the Chargers don't get in the mix...

Watched the game at Barley Mash...with my buddy who is from Kansas, and is a rabid KSU fan...a small wager and loads of the frothy stuff to make this one a great viewing...there must be 100 TV's in this place...set up very similar to the old "Tool Crib" in downtown Salem...you walk in and see everyone in the place...

Other stuff...Speaker Boehner keeps putting his foot in is mouth...saying he is through meeting one on one with Obama...first of all you piece of crap, it's the President...secondly, you are representing half of the people in the US of A...not just your narrow minded nonsense...seems to me, if the Repubs wanted a say in what's going on they'd want to meet with Mister President all they could...

Can you believe all the hubbub about KK's pregnancy...mostly kaused by the K fam themselves...they want to make sure that the public is involved with the entire process...regardless the fact that she is still married to another bloke...koordinator of the estate, Kris K, karefully guides the paparazzi and others through this...so she kan keep the fam in the news at all times...time is money...lots of it...

Have yet to watch a flick at the movie house in the last 6 months...maybe this weekend...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
