New To Me

We finally started watching the series, Downton Abbey...it has been getting raves so we wanted to see what the fuss was all about...almost shut it off after 5 minutes...glad we didn't...grew and grows on you...story line is cool...set up in 1912...the only thing, is that the Brits have dang hard lingo to follow...got through two episodes...thank you Netflix...streaming through my iPad, through the Apple TV...ha ha...what?...

There goes another loss for the Lake Show...growing to 6...at home...to OKC (Supersonics)...no match and no pity...really...well, it's fun to watch them lose...when does Kobe go off?...it's going to happen...speaking of the Sonics, there is big time talk about the Kings of Sac relocating in Seattle...the Maloofs want to sell...the City of Sac wants to keep 'em...the Emerald City wants a team...stay tuned...last I looked, the euphoric PDX Blazers, fresh off a win over the Heat, were getting mauled in Oakland...NBA...

NFL games today...shoot, I don't know which ones...but...I want the 49ers to get the Pack...solely 'cuz it's my last Vegas bet...alive...and most peops are interested in the Bronco game...Peyton is a marvel...but it's going to be way cold in Denver...hard on old bones...

Speaking of cold, I am off to Sycuan...where it is 34* right now...8 o'clock tee time...and these old bones are going to be bundled up good...no shorts today...stocking cap and 3 layers of clothing...
