Good News

This is the way I am going to start this day...GOOD NEWS!...this is a picture of our tree...purty, huh...and...better news...I am finally on the upside!...took 5 days...good gosh, I can't tell you how good I feel right now...

The Clips looked like a million bucks in their maul of the hapless Kings of Sac...I'm going to keep telling you this...over and over...this is the real deal...they are deep, improved, fast, and fun...

And now the big news out of the school on Montezuma Mesa....er, San Diego St...their hoops...big, big news...quietly, they have won 26 straight against Cali teams...ALL Cali teams...and the last 2?...USC and UCLA...IN LA...more stuff here...all games at SDSU are already sold out...so, when the Bruin game opened up in Anaheim last night, the Aztec faithful flocked there...70% of the 17 grand were in red and black...in so much, as UCLA's coach was quoted "it was like playing a road game, wearing white jerseys"...so, how about the team...fast, fast, and faster...press, play tight man, and run...and, they have this young star named...Shepard (no relation)...how can you miss?...by the way, the last time they beat the Bruins?...1940...so is it a big deal?...try telling anyone around here it isn't...

Bizarre news...Kim K is touring the middle east...as the protesters line up...what are we saying here?...Kris K, you need to work on your producing...this is not a good move...maybe sending Madonna to Palestine...just to recognize their new statehood...or Miley to Afghanistan on a good will mission...look, Hillary, what you have started...girl power!...

Sad news...the passing of Rick Majerus...collegiate hoop coach that was full of enthusiasm...the KC player and his wife...no explanation...and a former colleague, Carlotta Arnold...wonderful secretary and great person...will be missed...

As fired up as San Diego is about the Aztecs, they have just the opposite feelings about the mess on the pro football scene...another blackout of today's debacle...when will the ownership get the message?...

BCBCS...Alabama won the SEC and will play Notre Dame for the crown...OK, I have seen them all...the Ducks could beat them all...too bad there isn't that 4 team playoff this season...
