Tis The Season

OK,  I may have jumped the gun here...what does that mean?..."jumped the gun"....sorry about that...had a great trip up north visiting my son and his wurman for Thanksgiving...took Sammi, too...she lurves to travel...and our return trip was an incredible 3 1/2 hours...what?...

So what's been happening since I last wrote?...there is a truce in the Gaza...and that is very tenuous...but anything is good, rather than killing people...let's hope a solution is in the works...

Calm down you Laker fans...it's going to take 20 some games to put in a new system...and, they have to do it on the fly (what does that mean?)...really very little practice sessions...it could, just could be, you have an old, very immobile, weak bench, of a team...regardless of who's your coach...I'm just saying...

WSU beat the Dawgs....totally unacceptable...not only do the Cougs have far inferior talent, but the jackass of all jackasses coach...these inter state games come out like this...and, as I have said all season, the Cal Bears fired their Coach Tedford...is Coach Lane of USC next?...as the Trojans host the number one (gulp) Notre Dame...USC is starting a red shirt frosh QB...2 touchdown win for the Irish...

Which brings me to the Civil War...in a poring rain...right?...ugh...OK fans, drink yourself silly and watch a doozy of a game...30-28...and I think it could go either way...the last line I saw was down to 9 1/2 for the Ducks...take the points and get to Vegas...now...hopefully, it is covered on the Pac 12 station, 'cuz it's not on nationally...IFF...the Ducks win and Stanford gets beat by UCLA....then not only does UO play UCLA for the Pac 12 Champ, but...and this is very interesting...could end up playing for the BSBCS title...I'm serious...think this Civil War game isn't more important than normal?...

NFL...how many bizarre acts does it get the Lion's Suh banished for more than a few games?...he's a bad dude...the Ravens come into town, it is blacked out, and they are favored...what?...and just why do the Bolts keep the GM and Norvy?...downright shame, I tell you...and this town breathes, drinks, and eats this team...the Jets are turrible...as are the Cowboys...their coach is about out...let's see, Coach Chip in Dallas?...

Speaking of Dallas, the star of that old show, Larry Hagman, just passed yesterday...he did a marvelous acting job as the villain...

And talk about acting, LiLo got panned big time for her lead as Liz in the TV movie about Richard and Liz...ha ha...what?...you thought anything else?...a train wreck that has the whole world watching...really...

I lurve the Christmas season...the lights, the action, the family, the caring...the food...the drink...the singing...try the Lady A Holiday CD...so today, we will put up the tree, the lights, and all Marsh's Santas...
