Got some bad news for you Portland Trailblazer fans...you are trending down...CH has seen PDX play three times and have these insights...you will be turrible if Aldridge doesn't get around the basket...and he is floating further away from the hoop than ever before...as good as the new PG Lillard is offensively, he's as bad defensively...if he releases his man inside, you have LA there...or sort of...not a good match...the Clips PG's went crazy and the Blazers had no answer...correctable?...you bet...but now, not later...

What a bloody joke the X Factor is...it's like the 1st time for the hosts and the script...there is little that is there...+, the "talent" is a farce...turn away, it is hideous...

Finally, the COX cable guys figured out our connection problem...it was the splitter coming in to the condo...amazing how much we depend on the TV and internet...

The new Bachelorette?...rumor has it that it just may be the brunette bombshell, Cheryl Burke...yup, like the great dancer from Dancing With The Stars...I would definitely watch that version...shoot, I watch them all...

The Ducks at the Bears...normally a barn burner...but, the Cal coach is on the very hot seat...so...the line is 28...I got news for you kids...this will be closer than that...naturally a let down after the big USC game...er, "deflate gate"...and they have speed...50-30...something like that...take the points...

The Beavs at Stanford...geez, what's their nickname now?...Stanford fav by 4 1/2 and it still mystifies me...I see OSU winning like 28-17...trust CH...

Have you heard of the Silver Slugger Awards?...given to the best MLB (Nat and Amer) players at each position...voted on by the managers and coaches...so, it is a very worthy honor...anyhoo, Chase Headley (Pads 3B) won the award!...very cool stuff...

Did you see one Lorena Ochoa is back to playing golf on the LPGA?...well, maybe...she is hosting the event in Mexico...

Have you ever bought and had the "prime cuts" of beef?...it's rare to get...ha ha, play on words...Costco has it...and I bought, prepared, and consumed some filets...I'm going to tell you right now...the best ever...you must explore this...just like Ruth's Chris...trust CH...

I have been trying Centrum Silver...you know, multi-vitamins for the aged...so far, it seems to have made me a bit more active...
