Buzy Weekend

One more shot from Maui, Lahaina really...just prior to the dinner cruise aboard the Maui Princess...

We went sailing yesterday on the bay...unbelievable!...I tell you the work that the boat owner, Dirk, and his 1st mate do...I'm not sure that they enjoyed it as much as we did...I guess, if they go out in to the ocean it's a lot easier on them...they will go to Catalina Island for fun...
So, you lurve your Oregonian football?...watched both of the games...the Beavers are tough and are formidable...the Ducks, again, make great half time adjustments and polish off their opponent...don't underestimate their strength...as, like playing Tiger, everyone plays their best against them...OSU plays GREAT D...I mean it...we'll see how they match up, as they host the Cougs next week...count me number one, as I am extremely surprised...not a Riley fan...
We have the CSN concert tonight out at Humphrey's...they are doing a two nighter there...by the way, Cris and Leila saw them on Friday eve in Santa Barbara...said they were great....really looking forward to it...
I am really going to be interested in the changes that the new owners are going to put in to place with the Padres in the off season...I hope they spend on a couple of new starting pitchers...and move the fences in...and change the uni's back to the pin stripes...just a few of the things that come to mind...
Look for the Bolts to be bopped in KC...I'm not kidding...have zero confidence in the management of them...Coach Norv has a nasty way of being unprepared...look for the Chief's defensive line to do a number on the QB Rivers...and the D, sits back and let's the opposing QB pick 'em apart...I'm sure you will be watching other things than this fiasco...I will be...
The heat, My God The Heat, is upon us...all week it will be mid 80's...and in the 100's at Sycuan...probably will skip golf cuz of it...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
