Hydrate

With this heat wave...you must keep your water intake at a maximum...even though I took a golf cart, the heat got to me yesterday...it was 94* with no wind...a couple of thunder boomers and a couple of alarming bolts...in the mountains above us...but could come our way...and we were on a flash flood alert...did you say disconcerting?...I had a Gatoraide and lots of water...still not sufficient....as throughout the night I was bordering on cramping up...yet, I am playing like a real golfer again...

The Padres got number two against the Cubbies...as the number 3 and 4 guys came through...as Chicago's "brain trust" brought up an 88 mph flame thrower to the bigs...go Jed Go...Headley and Quentin feasted on the fowl...good luck Cub fans with your GM team....I give you two seasons to fire 'em...

The Blazers hired a real coach!...an assistant from the Mavs...Stotts, right?...a step in the right direction...

Japan versus the US for gold in gal's soccer...when is it on the tube?....I keep looking, but can't figure the schedule out.....boo NBC...boooooooooooooooo...and the hoops...gals played yesterday...when?....today the guys....sometime...NBC, boooooooooooooooo...

I despise slow play in golf...how many times can you look over a drive and then back away and look at it again?.......that's before you even hit the dang ball...

We are taking the train to Santa Barbara...really wondering the difference rather than battling the car traffic...going business class, as our friends say it's the only way to go...it schedules out as one hour more...

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed...
