Belly Putteritis

The 2 winners of the PGA and Senior's Tournaments yesterday, were users of the highly controversial belly putters...first, Keegan Bradley...who overcame another collapse of Jim Furyk, to get the Bridgestone in thunder alley...Ohio...albeit he did shoot a marvelous 64...Keegan did...and Furyk, who is excruciating slow, doubled the last to lose...and Bradley knocked in a 15 foot par to win...then Bernhard Langer...who I think is one of the original long putter users, shot a crazy 62 to win in Minnesota...here's the deal...the PGA is strongly considering banning the belly putter...3 points of contact...Langer is upset that only now it is an issue...as he has been using it for over 15 years...and resurrected his career with it...but because on the reg tour has had some winners using it...time to ban it, so they may say...that's a lot of "its", huh...

I know it's only pre-season football...but...the Saints played yesterday and go again this Thursday...what?...c'mon man...Chargers host the Pack this week...and it just may be sold out...you have to be a real fan, to go see these things...

The Padres got a series win against the Mets...actually hit three homers...Headley, Alonso, and Quentin...and now host the Cubbies...who just happen to be sporting the former Pad, Anthony Rizzo...kid can hit and we gave up on him too soon...AND...we are favorite...ha ha...never ever bet on beisbol...

The Olympics...Usain Bolt is soooo fast...and he should get the 200...China is still leading the US by 2 medals...not sure what theirs are...how many do you get for table tennis?...the gals hoops played 'em yesterday and had no idea when it was shown...boo...when do the guys hoops play again?...I say the coverage is a mess...booooooooooooooooooo...

And finally...since ESPN has deemed "hold 'um poker" as a sport, why doesn't the Olympics have it?...and from the United States of America, and Welcome Back Kotter, Gabe Kaplan, in the red hat....
