Round One

Thunder!...Just like the pundits have been saying....and what Crazy Horse has been saying...Lebron has issues with pressure...and Durant does not...as OKC whupped the Heat in round one...nothing more than holding serve...and that's all they have to do to win the title...Miami started marvelously, using all their weapons for a substantial lead at half...and poof!...they went one on one and lost their mojo...and the Thunder turned the momentum their way....and Durant and Westbrook were tough in the last stanza...

So the headlines?....poor James needs help....what?...poor James needs to pass the ball...he is not the same as the big time closers as in the past....as I alluded to yesterday...he wants to be, but is not that type...sorry Heat fans, but it's true...so says me...don't get excited, as they have all the tools to get a win tomorrow...and ABC (and the NBA) would lurve if this would go seven...

And the beloved Sonic fans in Seattle, reportedly are rooting against the Thunder...but how can they root for the Heat?...mixed feelings...

Are you OK with all the singing contests on the tube now?...so many of them...and I'm not a fan...just like Idol...there was a great quote by one of Simon's guys from the X Factor...that Britney would have won the show if she was participating...what?...can you win for lip-syncing?...if so, she would be right in the running...and...one of the shows, the Talent one, actually has Howard Stern as a judge....OMG!...now if they had one for the best stripper...that would be a show...and I could see him judging that one...he, Charlie Sheen, and Slick Willy Clinton...5 star event...put it on the FOX channel (where else?)...

Did you know for that last 3 weeks (unconfirmed) that the Padres have been underdogs, in every single game they have played?...a feat that has gone unmatched ever in beisbol...makes no difference where they play...anyway, they actually got a V on the road...OK, it's just the M's...but still...I can hardly wait for the Cubbies to settle who is really the worst...and with our former GM Hoyer there now, you can be sure they will soon be the...worst....and he did what he did here....he just fired the hitting coach...ha ha..it's always the hitting coach's fault...

So we are playing in a golf tournament this afternoon....yup, I said we...Marsh is our ringer...she hasn't played since spring break...she wanted an outing to practice...naw...she's good to go...it's a fund raiser for something...scramble...man, I haven't played in one of those since the Pomona Alumni thinger in March...I think...
