Weakend

Good morning kids...it's a meek and weak weekend coming up...well, in the sports world...did you catch any of the President's Cup in Australia...geez, it's on sooo late...some very good matches, highlighting the vets David Toms and Lefty (not on the same team)...and wooah, the team of Tiger and Stricker...bad...but the US is leading after the 1st day...the course looks to be so tough...fast, fast greens...hey, if the pros putt like that, imagine us hacks out there...

The line on the Ducks/Trojans game has dropped to 13 1/2...a much closer game is anticipated...my esteemed colleague from up north is bragging about the signing of a RB comparable to LaMichael...wow, if true...and there has been mild interest in what the Beavs are up to...I just can't imagine the school keeping Riley on much longer...SDSU hosts BSU...without the Aztec's top two RB's...ouch...figure the line is way off...turn away, it'll be hideous...

You heard of the sailing contest of the world?  America's Cup...right here in the bay...and starts today...we're going to bike on down and take it in...not really sure how they are going to announce what's going on...a huge amount of area to cover...and last night it was way windy...so, that's good, right?

The NBA is out of touch with reality...too many teams lose dough, and the players don't get it...I do not feel sorry for them in any way...they make too much $ for what they do...sorry peops, but it's the truth...and that's all I say...so...the season will fold...they are still hanging on for a short one...doubtful...boo...

I'm playing in a golf tourney on Saturday...my normal group + a newbie we picked up...best 3 balls out of 4...sounds kind of cool...I had a good day with the driver yesterday...finally tweaked the R-11 to fit me...my handicap is too low...really...11.7...and haven't played but a couple of times in the last 3 weeks...should be around 14...

GOP....I told you Newt was going to emerge...now comes all the scrutiny with the name of him in the upper tier...brutal business, really...can't imagine being Prez...can you?  I'm baffled by the lack of your gurl Sarah...where is she?  C'mon, it's a lot of fun when she's around the scene...

TV...what on earth is Glee doing?  It's been a couple of weeks that Lea has sung...it's like going to see Michael Jordan play, and he just passes the ball every time...Survivor...well, Coach in the driver's seat...please eliminate Cochran...eegads...Revenge...the best new show...X Factor...don't watch it...the last days of Regis...er, on the AM show...

Well, the sun is finally out...lots of fog...get out and enjoy...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
