Padding

Well, hey, the hoop scene has begun...oops, just not the NBA type...and that very well could be the entire pro season...but, the collegiate stuff has kicked off...and here's my rant...why are the bigs playing the littles?  Of course, it's to pad their record....and the littles get some money to prostitute themselves for the sake of the bigs...OK, a little harsh maybe...but, you catch my drift...I have been looking at all the lopsided wins and really, don't know a bunch of the schools listed in their obits...boo...

It's team time again in golf...the President's Cup...the US against the others, just not Europe...in Australia...starts Wednesday and I lurve it...some eye brows raised when Tiger was selected to the team, as he sure didn't earn his way on it...and...there is a lot of hope he gets to play against the Aussie Scott, who just has as his caddie, Tiger's old henchman, Stevie...mild drama, yet fun for us hacks, nonetheless...

Have you been following the GOP?  Yup, as this blogger has been predicting, Newt is coming in strong...and in a virtual tie for the lead...and the Cain Mutiny has finally begun...as I keep hammering the point, the repubs will NOT ELECT Mitt...choo, choo...

Dancing With The Stars...back off judges...your disgust for Hope and Max is way overboard...nobody deserves 7's at this point...and Carrie Ann, there are names for you...and not too flattering...but, I'm too big for that...but you DISGUST ME!  Poor JR twisted his ankle and is hanging on by stretched tendons...enough of this...it's Hope or no Hope, I should say...

I can't help but think back at the marvelous coaching job that Chip Kelly does at Oregon...his ways were a major diff in the upset at Stanford...sure, speed had a lot to do with it...but the system he has put in has a lot to do with it, too...kudos...but you can only rest on your laurels for a short time...as the under rated Trojans visit Autzen this weekend...has to be on the tube here, right?

As turrible as the Bolts have been...er, losing 4 straight...they are still but a game out of first in the sloppy west...it's da Bears next...and I'm thinking the streak will continue...boo...why isn't Norv gone?  boo...
