The BSBCS ranks have LSU as their top dog...I'm OK with this as they whupped the Duckees to start the season off in Dallas...and have maintained their elite status...I have watched all the candidates and Alabama and Oklahoma St. (my sneaker pick) are the front runners...and how do you judge Boise?  They are good, but...and the Cardinal and Duck game looms large...but...USC invades Palo Alto this weekend and the whole thing could go poof...Clemson?  I see fading out of the mix...Kansas St...may just get in the top eight before it's all over...they score in bunches...not in the BSBCS talk, but how bout them Beavs!

Not that you care, but let me give you my breakdown on the Ducks.
I'm hoping Darron Thomas will come back and be better, because he Bennett is challenging him. Barner is growing up and getting confidence to help LaMichael.
Ducks still don't have mature receivers and this will limit their chances against Stanford. The defensive secondary is getting a little better but not good enough to stop Luck.
I still think the Ducks are a year away. They recruiting commits so far this fall are just ok. they have 3 four star guys and 6 three stars. Its early and they are in the hunt for 4 five star guys and at least 4 more four stars. If they can pull these guys in they will be really good in the future.
I agree with your pick of Okl St. they are fun to watch and remind me of the Ducks. Still wondering just how good Stanford is.

It's been a perfect time to rest the injured for the Duckees...Buffs and Cougs back to back...so agree on the D...as far as the blue chippers, if they get some fly around guys for the hitters, they could be the top team...if...
