Buuusssyyyy

Haven't written here since we've had company since Wednesday...and it has been fun, yet I did get to watch some games...1st of all let's get to the BSBCS...Ducks and Stanford climb to 7th and 6th respectively...bout right...bizarre finish (ing) of the Badgers at MSU...and Oklahoma getting upset at home...wow! 

Geez, the Bolts got bopped at New Jersey...as I had picked...reluctantly...but, there were crazy happenings...very peculiar stuff...a gaggle of mysterious calls..now I would never say the fix was on...but there is a lot of money bet on these games...and what one earth was going on in the last minute and a half of it?  I'm just saying...

I think there is good news on the horizon....the Pads play station GM is going to Chicago to partner up with his old Red Sox boss...still seemed odd that the Padres gave up a lot of AG for a little of nuttin...oh well, maybe brighter moves on the horizon...

Well, I plan on getting some quality sleep tonight...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
