You'd figure it would happen more often on the east coast....much warmer water...and it takes just that to create the major storms...did you see the video of the dock in Florida, where the wave injured 8 incredibly stupid peops?  NYC has had such a bizarre set of weather patterns lately...and, of course, because all the major networks are based there...we witness 'em...now...the storm...I have a feeling it's going to bypass all the major land masses...

Baseball talk...the resurgence of the DBacks has been fun...and I figured it would happen...the newly deported (fired) GM of the Padres, Kevin Towers...who now fills the same role in Arizona...is TAKING CREDIT for it...what?  He made one trade...the 3B strike out crazy Reynolds...for a couple of relievers...and he takes the praise, self imposed, for re-hiring the manager and his staff...gag...the group was intact and ready to blossom...boo...OK, maybe he's smart enough to leave it alone...but, shut the poop up, KT and let others give you credit...wouldn't it be grand if the Pads went into the desert and swept the Rattlers...real loooooonnnnnngggggg shot...

Golf...never have figured out the playoffs...how a player can skip an event and still be in the mix...and, I find uninteresting...just give us some tourneys and forget this overall garbage...you agree or care?

Stevie Nicks was on GMA today...she looked pretty darn good...and sounded the same...not bad for a gal in my era...you know, barely middle aged...

Where's Waldo?  I mean Gadhafi?  The rebels and the guys behind them...us and the Brits...are tracking him down...and he is not going without a huge fight...rumor mill is the guy to take over has ties to Al Quida...geez, what are we fighting for...it's such a hard thing to figure out...just hope we aren't spending too much money in our quest...
