Our Royalty

I was just a thinking, you may have your royalty, Prince William and Kate...who, by the way, is making more huge news by traveling to our fair continent...beginning in their old colony, Canada...and working their way down to the States...geez, should that be singular or plural, is or are?  But...
We have our own royalty...so nana, nana, to you!  Yup, it's the Kardashians...she too, is getting hitched, Kim...and it also, will be the most photogenic event of our year...I'm sure they are working now on parade down Hollywood Blvd...complete with Bently's and all...hey, you go out and match a $2 mill engagement ring...you have Pippa, we have Khloe, and more!  tit for tat...that doesn't totally sound right...

The lockout has begun in the NBA...I'm really having doubts about this upcoming season...the two sides are way far apart...it makes sense that it's all about the money...really kids, it's about who goes to the games, and who has to put out the dough that they are having trouble making...the players are making much too much money for what they do...I'm not taking sides, 'cuz the owners are very rich people...different world that I have no idea how they live...

Have you ever tried to whittle down all your music to one ipod?   have like almost 9 GB of it loaded up...figure to get a bit more on it...now, if I could only figure out how to organize it...

Summer has really got here in a big way...realize it never gets too hot...70's and 90's inland...my golfing area...but, the sun is out all the time...don't get flustered...it is 60 all year round...the beauty is that it doesn't get cold...or rainy...so off we go to the warmth of the Atlantic...a totally different world, I tell you...the only blip...it sure seems like most of the peops there...smoke...just don't get down wind...

If the Padres can win two in Seattle, then we are on the right track...

The NBA. Havent watched it in years. Butt.... if they applied the one third rule, i might. Lower all salaries 1/3. Cut the number of games by 1/3. Cut ticket prices by one third. Cut the cost of all products sold in the arena by 1/3.

Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... I keep asking this...what does Putin have on trump, anyway...it must be a formidable foible... Talk to me, kids... This ploy of the orange...to actually simulate a firing squa...

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
