The Masterz

Once in a great time I must write about a golf tourney that a small group of us started about 7 years ago...give or take a year...The Masterz...Rick Ziebell, Larry Morris, and I, Crazy Horse, founded this little scramble format...and it has survived thanks to them...and their wives...and now, amongst others, it has expanded so much that is a major event in that area...it is held at McNary Golf Course in Keizer, Oregon...for you unaware peops, about an hour south of the huge city of Portland...which is NOT the capital of the state, Salem is...anyhoo, I have found a way to mosey back up there to participate in it again...we had so much going on that it seemed like a long shot...should be great fun, as I seez it...

I have felt sorry long enough for the pitiful Padres...it is the truth that this team would have a tough time scoring on any pitcher that throws harder than 85 mph...give us the soft tosser and we kick their behinds...but, I must commiserate with the likes of KC, Houston, LA Dodgers, Seattle, Oakland, Baltimore, and the Cubbies...who all are having just as miserable a season as SD is...

Should be awesome weather here today...it figures to be a beach day...
