What miserable playing conditions...in the British Open...way over yonder...and you must survive to do well...reminds me of somewhere, but, I just can't put my finger on it...Rickey Fowler came out of nowhere and is in at 2 under...played with Rory and is poised to garner his first major...BUT...there is a long way to go, through muck and all...

It must feel like Thanksgiving to the Giants...feasting on the inept Padres the way they are...42,000 at the game last night, and more of the crowd were SF fans than SD one's...our starting 3B, Headley, injured himself running prior to the game and is out for a while...more reason to bring up a youngin', right?  Well, that is 7 straight losses and the Trib is being nice to this embarrassing group...what's really weird, is that the Pads are FAVORED on the betting line for today's game...what?

Good morning all, from the great state of Oregon...this whole trip is about FRIENDS!...meeting up with peops we have been with over our years in the PNW...and for Boss's reunion....the opening act was a combo party of the two at this pad, a bar, called Johnny's...simply said, it was fun... The stories were there, the faces remained the same...and it tickled moi, that so many FRIENDS showed up...unfortunately, I did not get enough time to talk to all, please forgive me...when you go back some 60 years, my memory does fade a tad...well, and so does their's...ha ha...believe me, it was worth the trip... Boss was one of the belles of the ball...yes, she still looks great...you know that....well, the rest of her class did not know that, until last eve...she was flitting (flirting) about so...which made me smile...and that is only the beginning of it...the REAL reunion is tonight...one of my FRIENDS reminded me that is the gals reunion...which I think is most reunions...it is for...

When the thesaurus ran it's new version...it highlighted the word 'oration'...and there it was ... President Barack Obama...and then there is more..... see...Michelle Obama ...these two have the fundamental prowess of giving speeches...at the right time...at the right place... No better example of this, than last night at the DNC...each were marvelous...of course ...it's what people, special people, like these two...do...carry a message across the Nation...that we all can not only understand, but agree with... For seemingly years, the Horse has said...that if Michelle O wanted to be in the White House, AGAIN...this time as the President, and not the wife...she could ...however, for right now...she is supporting the right choice...for this time of the history of our country....
