NFL Playoffs

Here me, college presidents...PLAYOFFS...the NFL begins theirs next week...and the mighty Chargers are not involved...so many ifs, ands, and buts...but...the difference is the lack of prep work for them by the head coach...it's time for a change...I digress...
My pick for the AFL (AFC) is the New England Patriots...the other side is a total toss up...and yup, it is fun stuff...
Does anyone follow collegiate hoops?  The SDS Aztecs are still undefeated and selling out their place every night...
The hot name out there for each and every opening, both college and pro?  Stanford's Jim Harbaugh...the Wolverines???
I have been writing about this for awhile now...the Lakers are in the dumps...lost again last night to the former Jail-Blazer Zach Randolph led Memphis!  Yup, the lowly Grizzlies...Kobe has lost a step, as has Fisher, and Artest has no clue to what's going on...that's 3 of the starters....free falling and I am loving it...on the other hand...go figure how the Blazers beat anybody....8 straight at home...
I am passing on golf today...cold and wet...there is promise of great weather starting tomorrow and lasting a good long while...I can wait...
The Pick 6 was hit yesterday at Santa Anita for $96 grand...SIX TIMES!!!
I told you the Connecticut gals would get beat...no inside presence...to the team that last beat 'em...Stanford...still, a miracle run...
Sugar Bowl tomorrow...can Ohio St. keep the Big Ten run alive?  5 straight losses...hey, you remember this mess...5 of their top players will be sanctioned NEXT YEAR for NCAA violations...not now, not for the bowl game...is there a smellier ruling body than that of NCAA collegiate football?
And finally, Brett Favre, please hang it up...you've done all you can do...you could get killed if you try it another season...
