Deja Vu

I was watching our Prez O talk about money issues to his normal group of press corps...and then he introduced this feller that we should know to finish up the press conference...and also said, that he may take questions and that, he , Prez O had to go to another Xmas party....yup, former prez Bill Clinton, was at the podium...and carried on like he used to...have to admit, it was deja vu...and I liked it...I can't remember that ever happening before...and he said just what he thought about our money situation...good stuff...
And for equal rights....for you republicans...your gurl Sarah and your other gurl, Kate Gosselin, went camping together in Alaska...and it's all on tape for your pleasure on Palin's Alaska show...now, isn't that a show you can't miss...
Hey, and last night, I put in a dvd of the Best of Johnny Carson...I had forgot how amazing he was...his delivery has never been matched since and I really miss him...you must get it and let it take you back in time...
How about them Blazers!  I had given them up for dead, losing 6 straight...and now, they have rebounded to win 4 straight...pro sports...
The 2nd and last, office party tonight...where is my tux?

We could all use some of Clinton's logic. Whether you agree with him or not,at least he could logically explain his point and not call the other side a bunch of names to promomte his points. Contrast that with Sarah P. She relies mostly on name calling or some type of put down for her dialogue. I prefer intellect over emotion.

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
