Calistoga

Hi kids...it is absolutely awesome here in Calistoga, the northern tip of Napa Valley...high 70's and let me describe it...the place we are staying is called "The Roman Spa"...where you literally lay in the naturally heated mineral spring water for two to four hours at a time...resting on of of them water noodles...yesterday we rented bikes and went cruising on a wine tour...never been on $600 bikes before...what a glorious and effortless ride...
Ok the football world...have to admit my concern of playing at Cal...who not only play well
at home, but play the Ducks tough...no diff yesterday...the only surprise was the score, or lack of it...expected more like 48-46...it is a win, nevertheless...enough to keep BSBCS number one? Maybe not...
Have I not been telling you about SDS? Gave the Horned Frogs a huge scare, yet losing 40-35...the line was like 27....dang would have loved the purple to have croaked...
And oh my...new depths of depression for the fans of the Beavs...AT HOME losing to the Cougs, who were the worst team in the league...not any more...changes are needed...look at it this way...in the great state of Oregon you have the most innovative coach in the nation in Chip Kelly, and the most old school, boring coach in Mike Riley...a change in offensive philosophy or in the boss himself is needed...
