The Rain Belt

This was our team in the SAY golf tourney as we reacted to one of our boys attempt at a putt...finished 10 under in a driving rain and wind storm...and still didn't win...and it is the rain belt, folks...sidelight here...this was a fundraiser for the Salem/Keizer high school golf programs, and not all high schools worked it very hard...McNary did...

What's been going on as we have been in the "back in Orygun" tour?  The Padres got to eight in their win streak, and finally got dumped by Cincy...The Blazers won one and lost the other in their elongated playoff with the Suns...my gravy, there are a lot of jerks in the NBA...DWTS, Len, the Judge, was a horses's ass the whole night, and ruined the show...Kate was gone and that was good...

Finally, it's hard to believe the values here in the Willamette Valley...and the people here are cynical about it all...plop these homes down in SD and it would net 4 or 5 times the amount...honest Injun...it just doesn't appear people are doing much advancing, just treading water...regardless, I love our friends here...
