Nope, not this guy...but the Trailblazers got bigger...picking up Marcus Camby from the awful LA (formerly SD) Clippers...PDX gave up oft injured Travis Outlaw and no D Steve Blake...good?  Yes, real good...size was needed in their patchwork scheme of things...Outlaw was and is raw at best...and Blake is a fish out of water...how on earth are those two going to fit in to the Clips?  I don't get their side of it...the Blazers still need a PG...who goes next?

Off we go to the political side of things...just what the hell is horrible Dick Cheney popping off for?  He is to go down as one of the top evil guys ever...yet, he still talks about what he would do...shut up!

Mardi Gras here!!!  It has already started and it so mega festive...it's to be upper 70's and well, going to be a blast...we're hosting a 15 people pre-function party prior to getting down and watching the parade and carousing...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
