Disturbing

Where on earth do I start with this...the Tea Party...a shortened name for the Tax Day reformation movement...has emerged...the republican party is in such a disarray that splintered groups have formed...this one has the major backing of the AFA (the American Family Association), strategically named to hide the conservative Christian right...get to their website and you'll see what I mean...Newt Gingerich has the unofficial leadership and it is backed heavily by your favorites, Hannity and Beck...where is Rush?  As you know, I'm not fond of politicians in general, and faith only bigots in specifics...this group is a front for the likes of them....they had this gathering in Nashville this past weekend that featured their keynote speaker...Sarah Palin ...her speech was covered by CNN (what, not Fox?)...and, of course, I watched and was DISTURBED that anyone...I mean anyone...could possibly buy into her crap...OK, people follow this group closely...it will not go away and of course...be aware, be very aware...where their money comes from...if you get sucked into the movement, don't say I didn't warn you...
Enough of that for now...today is the Super Bowl...quite often it turns out to be anything but...I think it will and could come down to whomever has the ball last...
The Blazers...lost at home last night to the Kobe less Lakers...the severity of the lack of a PG is so great when the ancient lefty PG, Derek Fisher, from LA dominates the likes of what PDX puts out there...severe?  maybe not so harsh, but still is a huge issue...

Its so amazing to me that so many people can buy into her. The lack of educated people in this country is frightening. People want simple answers and they want to live in the myths that were prevelant in the 50's. There is a huge group of people just waiting for Joe McCarthy to rise up again. I had to go the Kiezer thng last nite and the Mayor gave a ten minute prayer that actually thanked Jesus for the Beavers beating the ducks. the most embarrasing thing Ive seen by a public official.

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... A Trial, Indeed

The revenge tour is ramping up ...as we gawk at the unchecked moves by trump ...even SCOTUS , the last leg of justice, is wobbling beneath his demands... this country is in disarray ...I wish I could give you better news... The unsightly attack of one of his Icetapo behemoths, on a lady in New York...taking her to the ground...an example of the uncontrolled behavior of that organization...guess that is what you call the group... simply, out of control, with NO LIMITS of force ...sad...and disgusting... The indictment of his former FBI head, James Comey ...for lying (imagine that from a legendary liar, trump) to Congress...this court case is needed for the country...to show the fallacy of the regime that is running rampant all over the land...it needs to be a BIG STAGE! ... A trial, indeed... In data released by trump's own government...the largest groups of detainees...the Icetapo's achievement of rounding up people...are not the ones with ANY CRIMINAL RECORD , but, 'illeg...
