Correction seems to be the buzz word for all politicians in this down cycle of the economy. Not to be outdone is none other than the California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger. His latest attempt to correct the Cali budget is sell 11 of the state owned properties that could bring big bucks to the gov...Missing in his diagnosis is what those properties bring economically to the areas that they are in...talking local buying, hotels being filled, traditions being kept, and on and on...One of those being targeted is the Del Mar fairgrounds...well, let's just see where this goes...and who on earth has the capital to buy anything right now? GM?Most of my latest blog entries are hot items right now...in today's Trib an article very similar to mine about correcting the Padres...a lot of talk about rendition and Nancy Pelosi...and the Bush Regime...
Don't hesitate now if you are buying, the bottom is here and will rise very soon...

Went back and read your "rendition" comments. Yeah I agree with everything you said and again I blame this on the fear mongering by CHeney and gang. I don't believe in torture as a policy , it seems most of the intellegence people feel its limited in it effectiveness. If we know that a given suspect has critical information on something
that could kill thousands of Americans in the near future, then I might have to think about it .
Oh, if Pelosi really was briefed on waterboarding and is trying to save her ass. She should be dumped as Speaker. If the CIA did keep her out of the loop then heads should role. I think Pelosi is a problem for the Dems anyway.
I am getting weary of and by the mistrust of our government and money. We just saw "State of Play" last night...well, go see it and the beat goes on...who's not involved?
