Facing Elimination

I saw a wonderful piece on Rick Adelman, coach of the Houston Rockets. As they face a do or be gone game vs. the Lakers at LA....the piece is that Adelman would be considered an all time coach if it were not for his nemesis, Phil Jackson...as Adelman beautifully guided teams from Portland, Sacramento, and now Houston, HE ONLY GOT BEAT by Jackson's Bulls and Lakers...I know that from following the Blazers...Adelman and Jack Ramsey were the best coaches that PDX ever had...

Kobe and the Lakers are going to continue that trend as they will put away the Yao-less Rockets...the Celtics square off in game 7 vs. the Magic and also will survive...

We went over and caught the Padres/Reds game last night. Sat in the front row in RF and narrowly missed a HR ball that BGiles hit in the 1st...anyway, the Pads won in the 16th on a walk-off HR by Hundley...just what do you do for a 5 hr. game? Walk back home and watch from your couch...

What a piece of crap Alan Keyes is...yes that guy who was running for President...who is leading a protest at Notre Dame over allowing THE PRESIDENT from addressing the commencement address at the graduation ceremonies...his platform is the Pro-Life position...why now? What a piece of crap...and I mean worse...shouldn't he be in church? (tongue-in cheek)
