The Padres had a burp in SF yesterday as Jake Peavy gave up his 1st grand salami in a long while...a nooner today as CYoung tries to get back on track at the Giants. My oh my, we had 14 hits yet produced only 3 runs...
The Trailblazers got even with the Rockets and now travel to Houston to try to steal a game there...it took BRoy's 42 points to get 'er done...
The Lakers go untouched to Utah to see if the Jazz can win just one...
There is no nicer a flight from PDX to SD via Alaska...especially if we have good friends take us and pick us up...
And now AI and DTWS will fill up the airwaves...can't really comment on AI as I missed them...any comments out there?

Oh my God . Archie was true dance rock and some of the best lyrics ever written like "tighten up on that organ now". the 70's gal was probably some white trash country singer that you dated before Marsha. Or was it Anita Bryant.

The Ignominy

So much for diplomacy ... the absolute embarrassment by the current President of the US...his actions in 'hosting' the Ukranian President Zelensky ... as it turned out, a highly visual representation of bullying by trump...the manners and methodology that he uses on people...aligned with his arse kissers, waiting their turn to take potshots at Zelenksy...all well orchestrated ...it was the ULTIMATE IGNOMINY of our country's 'leader'...unfortunately, for us, too...as somehow we are connected to that ogre...in reality, we are not... hoping the rest of the World can see that...here are samples of the headlines throughout that depict the sentiment of the slaughter... We are NOT aligned with Putin...WE ARE NOT!...trump is ...which begs a different query...how much longer can this idiocy go on?... Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
