The country had a celebration...it's 250th...the glorious 4th of July...and we saw the split in the country as enormous as possible...the march of the...not sure what they were...on the streets of DC...masked up white supremacist guys?...flaunting their side of the...whatever it is...and then, there are those who chose to march as protestors to trump...with no masks, to hide their faces... yes, it has gotten to this point...

trump had his speech after all...filled with politics and less of the reason for the day of days...he has caused this mess...and is wallowing in it...but hear me out...I don't think he cares...as long as he is in charge...nothing else matters to him...I could go on, but you have read me often already...

The World is watching other things...especially this FIFA soccer...France beat Paraguay...Morocco smashed Canada...and today...England plays Mexico in mile high Mexico City...home crowd?...Brazil takes on Norway...this a toss up?...tomorrow the USA gets back at it...I am not a futbol aficionado, but, the teams all seem to have the same makeup...patience and then...attack...yes, I have no idea who the ref is, and why the red card is given out...but, as stated in another of my journal rants, there needs to be more than one...ref...

The miserable Friars...egads...8 straight losses?...9?...that dugout has to be trump like...er, a mess...

Had an interesting talk with a retired Doc from Canada yesterday, at the Big Extravaganza here at the Home...the celebration of the country's birthday...his commentary on their (Canadian) health benefits was candid and laughed at the present situation that the USA uses...nothing but rave reviews of theirs...BTW, the people who put on these parties DO NOT get enough recognition...they are splendid...the Kanas and others...

The scene at LA's Newport Beach...with the police, not only marching, but using horses...I dunno...rebellious young people?...do not know the reasons...but the videos are bad...it's the summer and things happen...I have this feeling that it may occur Nation wide...over trump...

Oh my...the SD's 'Big Bay Boom'...well, Boss saw it...and guess what?...the Horse slept through it...thing is, we get these often...for who knows why...over the Bay...so, it's no Big deal to moi...

Not sure why the secrecy of the T&T wedding...who performed and all that...I shall repeat what I just said...No BIG deal to moi...JCC...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
