121 days of the trump WAR...a supposed 'Ceasefire' in place...and the combatants are firing at one another, willy nilly...say what?...2 of the American bases hit, by the Iranian missiles...or drones...the latest mode of combat in the World...as trump has his military hit parts of Iran, too...yes, kids, this is what the NEW meaning of ceasefire is...

Is all of this justifiable?...depends on who you ask...it's all about the OIL...nothing but the OIL...and the passage way to get the OIL out to the World...fuggit about the rest of the nonsense that trump spews out...it is the OIL... 

Politics...is a ticking time bomb for the poopah...he knows it...he is trying to sabotage the voting system...any possible way to keep his rather bulbous body in the now Gold House...if he can just find a way that ONLY the magas can vote...then, he has a chance...

I am confused by this...trump himself...stopped the investigation into his assassination attempt...???...why?...seems like he would like the details out to the public...perplexing...is he hiding something?...don't trust the bloke...duh...

The Venezuelan death toll has raised to over 1400...so sad...

Europe is having a deathly heat wave, too...estimated over 1,000 deaths to the excessive heat in France...

My oh my, Cape Verde advances to the next round of the World Cup...imagine, that tiny country doing that...love the underdog...

The Friars got their comeuppance last eve...15-3 shellacking by them  Bums...we have limited starting pitchers, as was evident last night...Vasquez is BP worthy...close that chapter, and get on to today...for the series win...we have King on the hill...'blue doesn't look good on you'...

The Beach Boys...it was a very sad night, indeed...the lone survivor of the originals in this group...Mike Love...Bruce Johnston retired earlier this year...has been sick...he looks like he has lost a lot of weight...and his voice is shot...try as he may, it didn't work...forgot some of the lyrics...the rest of the band carried on well...so sad...one positive, was the seating in the 'beach area'...we shall do this again...so much freedom...and I got a new Beach Boys cap...which will live for me forever...unfortunately, it will be a memory of what it once was...

The PGA is in Connecticut...for the Travelers...where only the elite can play...ah, that sounded weird...only the deserving top players could...better...and in the final grouping is the upstart Norway lad, Victor Hovland...battling with world #1, Scottie Scheffler...Victor up 1, entering today, the final round...NBC...this is the last big event prior to the Scottish Open and the prestigious Open in England...the  Major...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
