Feels Like A Monday

You ever get the feeling that a day doesn't match up to what you think it is?...like today, FEELS LIKE A MONDAY...but it's not...which means yesterday was Sunday...hey, kids...do you go to a church?...the tally is at 20-22% say they do...and yet, in reality, accordiing to AI, it's more like 5 to 6% of the population in the USA...do...

Not sure where I am going with this, so let's just let it flounder...

The NY Democratic vote was yesterday, on Tuesday, that seemed like Sunday...and the consensus tells us that the socialists won out...egads, the worst name that the conservatives can hear...socialists...which brings me to this...we should vote on the weekend, nationwide....

trump says he won, and Iran said they did...but, the trump WAR appears to be at a lull...ceasefire?...tell that to Netanyahu...is the Strait open?...judging by the disastrous stock market, I'd say it is still closed...c'mon, leadership...do your job...

The bloody reflecting pool...back to the drawing board...a fence is to be erected, so the poopah can have it redone...the bloke is all about appearances and not the baseline...the innards...

You might not believe this...but I ordered a pair of eyeglasses about 3 months ago, now...Fytoo, from Hong Kong...and after 2 supposed shipments, they are somehow lost in the mail...and they promised yet another to get here ASAP, well...we shall see...

The Friars won another one-run game vs them Braves...7-6 in OT, on a walk-off single by Manny...who has led us to the 2 winning games by HIS bat...

The NBA draft, round 1, was last eve...and the prize pick was the 3rd one...trust the Horse...the ready for prime time, Cam Boozer, was taken by the Grizzlies...Memphis...still can't believe PDX has NO PICKS in the 1st 2 rounds...egads...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
