An Excrescence


The new depth of a squatter in the once proud, White House...he has done it again...trump...had the grounds of it, covered with an arena-shaped monstrosity...for a bloody UFC fight!...say what?...all this for a celebration of HIS 80th birthday...'what do you want for your birthday, daddy?'...egads...every single President who lived there, would all be ASHAMED of this...a total embarrassment to the Nation...who attended?...his family and his pawns...celebrities?...you must be kidding...to add to the chaos and the humiliation...of it all...one of the prize 'fighters', in his jubilant 'trump speech similarity' after his big win, said that President Obama's wife, Michelle...was a man...can this guy, go any lower?...and I am talking trump...

The Strait of Hormuz is supposedly OPEN now...who knows the actual concessions made...by Iran or trump...as per usual, we won't get the truth...don't even try to believe what is said...wonder if Netanyahu will abide by it...doubt it...as he wants that land in Lebanon...

While the Knicks wrapped up the NBA season, the other winter type sport was doing the same, hockey...as Carolina won the Stanley Cup...beating Vegas 4-2 in games...I watched the 3rd stanza of it..don't watch hockey much...and man, these cats were giving their all...too bad the puck isn't lit up, so you can see where it actually is...

The FIFA World Cup...futbol, kids...soccer, for you'se not in the know...it's the passion for the World, and not so much for the States...it is taking center stage now...nil-nil...I need more scoring for my personal enjoyment...I like playing it, well, I did in college...not on a team, but took a class...so I could teach it...it was fun...and laborious...does get you in shape...you don't see any hefty players on the field...hey, my grandson, Cyrus, is a dang fine soccer dude...he is fast fast fast...wonder when he gets older, if he will choose soccer or football?...

For extreme fun....if you have $ in stocks...this is YOUR day of days...as the supposed OIL prices are dropping due to the Strait opening...thus, the price of petrol will drop, and then...the stocks will RISE...probably BIG TIME!...expect back to the area they were in, before trump started his WAR...

Hey, the Friars won a series!...beating the Orioles...listen, we have the best closer in all of beisbol, in Mason Miller...he had a 4 out save yesterday...off we go to Saint Looey...they are young and pose a problem for our very average at best, starting pitchers...no duh...

Going to leave you with this...the Eagles...one of my very fav bands of all time...talked about a song they did like 50 years or so ago...it was supposed to be about Nixon and Watergate...but, they got to a drinking, and whatever came out...came out...said they were drunk and recorded it anyway...find it and give it a listen and tell if you can hear that in them...and what they sang in their lyrics...'On the Border'...BTW, this was on my FAVORITE Eagles album of them all...with the same name as that song...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
