A Holiday?


Good morning, kids...the Horse skipped a post yesterday...woke (sorry trump) up late and had an early tee time...alas, it was a HOLIDAY...the one that most people have NO CLUE as to what it is...and they are fine with that...as long as they get the day off...a Friday...yup, a long weekend...JUNETEENTH...it is for the END OF SLAVERY in these United States of America...

Did you hear trump say anything about it?...NOPE!...he is still basking in the glory of his 80th birthdate...thinking all of America shall have THAT as a HOLIDAY, instead...a fat (sorry trump ) chance...back to the real HOLIDAY...slavery ended in 1865...sort of...I'm not sure there are rights for all non-whites in this country to this day...and since the trump regime has been squatting in the now Gold House, it has worsened...am I right or am I right?...

Friday, (JUNETEENTH), has come and gone...and what the heck?...I thought there was to be a HUGE signing of the 14 point agreement with trump and Iran?...some balking going on...of course, Netanyahu is the wild card...as he continues to bomb Lebanon...a lot of mudslinging thrown out at the bloke, by trump... perhaps, catsup, but you get the idea...

The Obama Presidential Center opened yesterday to rave reviews...well, not to all...a pessimistic wife of one of the trump lads, Erik, his singer wife...???...Lara... she came out saying the Obama Library was ugly, over budget, and that taxpayers are footing the bill for it...unlike all the things that trump builds, which are from the taxpayers...that he says are not...well, Lara, this center is ALL from contributions...not from the likes of you, a taxpayer...wait, do YOU pay taxes?...

Just an observation...when you see the KFam, they are all body adjusted by a good Doc...face and body, right?...nothing much moves...so is the same for all the trump klan...take a before and after look at their mugs...I'm just saying...

He is alive and kicking...

Top of the morning, friends...as we embark on a shortish Cosmo trip (6+ hours) up north to see the kids. ..we try to see them every month or two....whatever works for us, and them...school has just started for them...and Cy has both football and soccer, he is playing...Cas, at 3, is still a wannabe... The distancing of trump with the public, was a bit weird, right?. ..he emerged and was talking the same...his appearance was a bit shaggy...he must have had the flu, or, well, Covid, or something...but, he is NOT DEAD....and still up to his shenanigans...same old...anything to bring up, to divert the people from hearing about the Epstein Files ...he unabashedly, called the whole thing a 'Democratic Hoax'... Hmmm...as 6 of the Survivors of it...(the Epstein Case) ...were talking, not only to the House....but, to the public, yesterday...as MTG was front and center with it...which, too, was odd...a fallout from trump?...or, a plant within the group?...no, trump, it is not a hoax.....

Hometown Baseball

You might think back to all the rivalries you have witnessed over the years...in high school, college, ah, well, team sports...shoot, could be choirs, math contests, and the like...BUT...the thrill of it all, is what I am talking about...I could name a hundred such things...that I recall...however, right now...there is one brewing in the Gaslamp...the Friars are hosting the Bums...believe it or not, this is new...you see, the Padres have been borderline pathetic for many seasons...not that they haven't had good ones...but, consistency has not been a virtue...things have changed...and the squad has deepened... The Bums have long had their nemesis, and or rivalry cat, as the San Francisco Giants...no mas...it is the Friars...the team that knocked them outta the playoffs last year...and here they come, to make avenge...3 games this weekend over at Petco...they have been playing super lately...really really super...the Pads?...hit and miss...my guess, is that the juices will flow for b...
